Diet goes hand in hand with exercise, the old saying does apply, “what you put in, is what you get out.”
If you are training for something specific you will need the fuel to give you energy, or if you are training for weight loss a 500kcal a day over what your body burns will result in weight gain. I am not a believer in fad diets as they don’t work, I will give you advice and education on key areas, also some tasty meal recipes to try. |
