Bill KnoxHi my name is Billl, thank you for clicking on my web page. This is the first step to reaching your goals.

I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry since 1998 in a variety of Health Clubs working with some fantastic instructors.  I am currently self employed personal trainer combining teaching water based and  studio based group fitness classes.

I started as a fitness consultant to put what I had learned at college into practice. I really enjoyed training my clients and the buzz it gave me when they reached their short term not to mention their long term goals.

During my time working in health clubs, I also learned new skills - Body Pump, RPM, Spin, Aqua fit, circuit training with groups of people from 10-30 at a time while building a client base. Since starting up my own business as a free lance PT/group fitness instructor, I have gone from strength to strength.  I am always looking at new courses to develop myself thus providing you with a better service.

During my time at Greens Health Club I was part of a small team of 3 that ran an 8 weeks weight management course consisting of around 15-20 clients at a time, the aim of the course was to educate and give our clients the tools learned to help them with diet and exercise, out of all the Greens health clubs we were the most successful..
